Answer
Invest NI’s industrial land in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough plays a vital role in enabling business growth. Most of this land has already been successfully developed by businesses to deliver on their growth ambitions.
One of the largest remaining landholdings is at Mandeville in Craigavon, where Invest NI is advancing plans for future development through its Regional Property Programme. Initial plans will focus on installing essential infrastructure to provide access, followed by phased development guided by business demand. This approach ensures flexibility, balances current and future needs, and safeguards the responsible use of public funds.
Design work for the site is scheduled to commence shortly, after which plans will be submitted for consideration through the statutory planning process.
Invest NI remains committed to working closely with local stakeholders to identify property requirements and deliver solutions that support long-term economic growth.
